In 2020, Diandra launched a consulting and training program at Intersectional Environmentalist to help educate teams on the history of intersectional environmentalism, and the critical role it plays in helping teams imagine how their workplace can build a more sustainable and equitable future.

By leveraging her experiences in strategic movement building, cultural organizing, educational development and media storytelling, Diandra has supported brands, projects, programs and grassroots efforts in crafting environmental justice storytelling, implementing equitable frameworks, optimizing operations, and developing programmatic impact.
